There is over 750,000 sq ft of space for research and business office and 250,000 sq ft of retail and entertainment space. There are over 500 housing units and a 135 room hotel. There is also a 4 1/2 acre park that features a 90 ft tall obelisk.

The AT&T Building is a 265 ft (81 m), 16-story skyscraper in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It was the tallest structure in downtown Omaha until the Woodman Tower and later First National Tower surpassed it in height. The original 15 story building was built in 1918, a twelve story addition was added on the north end in 1957 and another on the west end in 1964. An additional story was added in 1970 to bring it to sixteen stories.

Central Park Plaza is a 16 story, commercial office complex in Downtown Omaha, NE. The complex consists 419,679 square feet of office space, in two red brick towers with a lower level center connector on the first and second floors. The building features a central courtyard and a six story parking garage that is located directly north of the building and is connected by a skywalk. In 2007 a "sunrise" lighting feature was added to the angled face of the towers.

It was built on the site of the former "Medical Arts Building" which was imploded on April 2, 1999. Inside the glass lobby is a large section of the ornamental facade from the former "Medical Arts Building".

The Masonic Manor is located at 801 South 52nd Street in midtown Omaha, Nebraska. Completed in 1963, the Masonic Manor is a 320-ft (98-m) high-rise building, rising to 21 stories. It is the third tallest skyscraper in Omaha behind First National Bank Tower and Woodmen Tower. The building provides residential apartments for people aged 50 and older. Also, for 6 years it was the tallest building in Omaha until Woodmen Tower passed it in 1969.
