The First National Bank Tower is a 634 ft (193 m), 45-story skyscraper at 1601 Dodge Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 2002, it is currently the tallest building in Nebraska. It was built on the site of the former "Medical Arts Building" which was imploded on April 2, 1999. Inside the glass lobby is a large section of the ornamental facade from the former "Medical Arts Building".

The WallStreet Tower Omaha is a 32-story, 373 ft condomium project that will become Omaha, Nebraska's third tallest building upon completion. The building will be built on the site of the former Union Pacific headquarters, located at 14th and Dodge Street. Prices for a unit range from $195,000-$620,000. The project was expected to be completed by Fall 2009, although, it is now expected to begin construction at that time. . The plan previously consisted of 192 condos, but has now dropped to 96.

The Woodmen Tower is a 478-ft (146-m) high-rise building at 1700 Farnam Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, and is the headquarters of the Woodmen of the World insurance company. Originally completed in 1969, the Woodmen rises 30 stories. It was the tallest skyscraper in Omaha for over 30 years, until the construction of the First National Bank Tower.

First National Center is located at 1620 Dodge Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. A 22-story office building, it is one of the tallest buildings in Omaha. The building is attached to a 19 story, 420-room Doubletree hotel and a 550-stall parking garage.

The Masonic Manor is located at 801 South 52nd Street in midtown Omaha, Nebraska. Completed in 1963, the Masonic Manor is a 320-ft (98-m) high-rise building, rising to 21 stories. It is the third tallest skyscraper in Omaha behind First National Bank Tower and Woodmen Tower. The building provides residential apartments for people aged 50 and older. Also, for 6 years it was the tallest building in Omaha until Woodmen Tower passed it in 1969.

First National Bank Omaha is a subsidiary of First National of Nebraska. It is recognized as the largest privately held bank in the country with $16 billion in managed assets. The bank's history is credited for paralleling that of the city of Omaha and the state of Nebraska.

The Union Pacific Center at 1400 Douglas Street is one of downtown Omaha, Nebraska's newest high-rise buildings. It houses the headquarters of the Union Pacific Railroad and its parent company, the Union Pacific Corporation. It officially opened in June 2004 and rises 317 ft (97 m) making it the fourth tallest building in Omaha. The old headquarters located directly across the street, was torn down in 2008 to make way for the new WallStreet Tower Omaha.

The Northern Natural Gas Building , also known as the 2223 Dodge Street Building, is located at 2223 Dodge Street in the central business district of Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It is a 260 ft (79 m), 19-story skyscraper that ranks 8th, among Omaha's top ten tallest buildings. Currently the building is vacant. Westbrook Tower is a 213 ft residential tower located at 2121 Douglas Street in Downtown Omaha, NE. The building's erection was completed in 1966 and it is 17 stories tall. The AT&T Building is a 265 ft (81 m), 16-story skyscraper in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It was the tallest structure in downtown Omaha until the Woodman Tower and later First National Tower surpassed it in height. The original 15 story building was built in 1918, a twelve story addition was added on the north end in 1957 and another on the west end in 1964. An additional story was added in 1970 to bring it to sixteen stories.
