The First National Bank Tower is a 634 ft (193 m), 45-story skyscraper at 1601 Dodge Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 2002, it is currently the tallest building in Nebraska. It was built on the site of the former "Medical Arts Building" which was imploded on April 2, 1999. Inside the glass lobby is a large section of the ornamental facade from the former "Medical Arts Building".

The WallStreet Tower Omaha is a 32-story, 373 ft condomium project that will become Omaha, Nebraska's third tallest building upon completion. The building will be built on the site of the former Union Pacific headquarters, located at 14th and Dodge Street. Prices for a unit range from $195,000-$620,000. The project was expected to be completed by Fall 2009, although, it is now expected to begin construction at that time. . The plan previously consisted of 192 condos, but has now dropped to 96.

Originally completed in 1969, the Woodmen rises 30 stories. It was the tallest skyscraper in Omaha for over 30 years, until the construction of the First National Bank Tower.

Also, for 6 years it was the tallest building in Omaha until Woodmen Tower passed it in 1969.

It houses the headquarters of the Union Pacific Railroad and its parent company, the Union Pacific Corporation. The AT&T Building is a 265 ft (81 m), 16-story skyscraper in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. It was the tallest structure in downtown Omaha until the Woodman Tower and later First National Tower surpassed it in height. The original 15 story building was built in 1918, a twelve story addition was added on the north end in 1957 and another on the west end in 1964. An additional story was added in 1970 to bring it to sixteen stories.
