Construction of the building was to begin in 2007 and was expected to be completed in 2010. The construction of this building was proposed in 2003, though, it was never approved by the state of Maryland. In 2006, the construction of the building was again proposed, and finally approved by the state of Maryland.

31st Park is a proposed high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 510 feet (155 meters), with 49 floors. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2009. 31st Park is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. The tower is currently going through the approval process, and final designs have not yet been released.

The building was completed in 2004 after three years of construction which began on June 5, 2001. It is tied with the State Street Bank Building as Boston's 19th-tallest building, standing 477 feet (145 m) tall, and housing 33 floors. The 33rd floor is 392 feet (119 m) above grade and the top of the cooling tower screen is 429 feet (131 m) above grade.

The former AT&T Long Lines Building at 33 Thomas Street is a 550 feet (167.5 meter) tall skyscraper in the Borough of Manhattan, New York, United States. It stands on the east side of Church Street, between Thomas and Worth Streets, in the Civic Center neighborhood of New York City. The building is an extreme example of the Brutalist architectural style, with no windows and a flat concrete slab facade.
