1 New York Place was a supertall skyscraper that was proposed in 2002 to rise 1,050 feet (320 m) tall and have 90 floors. The tower was supposed to be located in New York City's financial district at Broadway and Fulton Street, but the project was canceled. The tower was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and projected to cost USD $680 million. It would have had 1.3 million square feet (121,000 square meter) of floor space.

The project also includes a pedestrian walkway to the neighboring Battery Tunnel Garage. The building will stand on the site of the now demolished 47 West Street and 50 West Street. Time Equities broke ground in a ceremony back on June 23, 2008.

The Westin at Tulsa Garden Square is a high-rise building proposed for construction in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The building was submitted to the Tulsa Development Authority on April 20, 2006, and is planned to be constructed adjacent to the recently completed BOK Center in downtown Tulsa. If constructed, the Westin at Tulsa Garden Square would contain a 246-room Westin hotel, as well as 72 residential condominiums.
