1 New York Place was a supertall skyscraper that was proposed in 2002 to rise 1,050 feet (320 m) tall and have 90 floors. The tower was supposed to be located in New York City's financial district at Broadway and Fulton Street, but the project was canceled. The tower was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and projected to cost USD $680 million. It would have had 1.3 million square feet (121,000 square meter) of floor space.

The Elysian is a hotel in Chicago, Illinois. Located on East Walton Street in the Gold Coast, The Elysian is a luxury hotel boasting 5 star amenities including a spa. The Elysian also has 52 private residences, condos, most of which are worth well over $1 million. Marc Jacobs also has a store in the bottom level of the hotel for his line of clothing and accessories.

The Cass Building is an office building at the corner of Cass and Fort Street, at 455 W. Fort Street in Detroit, Michigan. It is also known as Detroit's Work Place. The unique looking structure is designed in the International style, and is distinctive for its curtain wall facade of glass. The building currently houses several employment agencies, daycare providers and Neighborhood Legal Services, which focus on meeting the needs of local Detroit residents.

50 West Street is a 725 ft (221 m) tall skyscraper under construction in New York City. It will have 542,000 sq ft (50,400 m) and 63 floors. Murphy/Jahn Architects designed the building. The project also includes a pedestrian walkway to the neighboring Battery Tunnel Garage. The building will stand on the site of the now demolished 47 West Street and 50 West Street. Time Equities broke ground in a ceremony back on June 23, 2008.

Marriott’s Grand Chateau, a Marriott Vacation Club resort, is located just off the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and sits between the Planet Hollywood and MGM Grand hotels. Upon completion, Marriott’s Grand Chateau will consist of four 38-story towers, consisting of 256 one-bedroom, 511 two-bedroom and 128 three-bedroom villas, totaling 895 two- and three-bedroom villas.

The Museum Tower is a skyscraper scheduled for construction in the Arts District of Dallas, Texas. The building is currently the tallest new structure to be built in the city. The Museum Tower is planned to rise 560 feet (171 meters), with 42 floors. Upon completion, it will stand as the 2nd-tallest all-residential building in Dallas, behind Gables Republic Tower. When finished, Museum Tower will rise 560 feet (171 m), with 42 floors.

The Michigan Mutual Liability Company Complex is located in Foxtown, along West Elizabeth Street and West Adams Avenue, between Woodward Avenue and Park Avenue, just across Adams Ave. from Grand Circus Park, in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The two buildings that make up the complex are the Grand Park Centre and Michigan Mutual Liability Annex, which are connected via a skyway.

Lima is a high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It was approved by the City of Miami on November 16, 2006, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. If completed, the building would rise 473 feet (144 meters), with 41 floors. Lima is one of several new residential developments taking place in Miami, and is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave. The architectural firm who designed the building was Kobi Karp Architecture.

The South Ferry Plaza, also called A Lighthouse At The Tip Of The Island, was a supertall skyscraper proposed to rise right next to the East River on Manhattan Island in New York City. The building would have sat on top of the South Ferry terminal and tower 1,084 ft (330 m) above street level, with 60 stories of office space. It was designed by architect Fox & Fowle Architects and Leslie E. Robertson Associates.

The Westin at Tulsa Garden Square is a high-rise building proposed for construction in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The building was submitted to the Tulsa Development Authority on April 20, 2006, and is planned to be constructed adjacent to the recently completed BOK Center in downtown Tulsa. If constructed, the Westin at Tulsa Garden Square would contain a 246-room Westin hotel, as well as 72 residential condominiums.
