The City Creek condominium tower is a planned residential-building to be erected in the City Creek development in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Current plans call for the building to stand at 415 feet (126 m) tall and contain 30 to 35 levels. Construction is projected to begin when and if other City Creek residential spaces fill-up. The Salt Lake City Planning Commission has approved the project.

The Madison Square Garden Towers are twin 1,400 ft (427 m)-tall residential skyscrapers proposed for construction north of Madison Square Garden in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The project features a complex of seven buildings, including a stadium and a new Penn Station. The cost of the project is USD$ 14 billion. The architects Norman Foster, David Childs, and the architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill are designing the project. The owners are Stephen Ross of Related Cos.

One Bayfront Plaza is a skyscraper approved for construction in the U.S. city of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 1,049 feet (320 m), with 80 floors. One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices, but also would include a retail mall on the lower levels. The entire project consists of over 2,000,000 square feet (200,000 m) of Class A office space. One Bayfront Plaza is the first skyscraper over 1,000 feet (300 m) to be approved in Miami.

jLofts on the Market is a 6-story mid-rise, 51 unit, condominium project with street level retail and office space located at 1308 Jackson Street in the historic Old Market District in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. jLofts is the only new condo development built from the ground up in the Old Market. The building is located on 13th and Jackson Streets. The project is expected to be completed late 2009.

Cardinal Symphony is a proposed skyscraper planned for construction in the downtown region of Miami, Florida. The tower is one of several new residential towers proposed for the city. If completed, the building would stand at 600 feet (183 meters), with 60 floors. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2010. Cardinal Symphony is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami.

City Tech Tower was a supertall skyscraper designed by Renzo Piano, which was proposed to rise at Jay and Tillary Streets in Downtown Brooklyn, New York City, but has since then been cancelled. The building would have stood 1,000 feet (305 m) tall and contain 65 floors for the New York City College of Technology and 600 units of housing. The building, at a height of 1,000 feet (305 m), would have been the tallest out of a proposed complex of five towers.

Columbus Centre is a proposed skyscraper planned for construction in the Coral Way neighborhood of Miami, Florida. The tower is one of several residential towers proposed for the city. With a planned height of 710 feet (216 meters), the building would stand as one of the tallest in Miami if completed. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2010, and would rise 56 floors. Columbus Centre is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami.

Its practical approach to public management education, its Ivy League pedigree and its relatively small size make it one of the nation's leading boutique programs in public affairs.

The InterContinental Providence is a proposed skyscraper to be built in Providence, Rhode Island. The high-rise will primarily contain a 200-room InterContinental Hotel, but will also consist of residential and retail space. The building will contain 17 floors, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. Carpionato Properties has been selected as the development firm for the project. If built, InterContinental Providence would likely become the 13th-tallest building in the city.

Midtown Crossing at Turner Park is a million square-foot, seven-building, mixed-use development located in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. Its borders are 31st to 33rd streets and Dodge to Harney streets. This new urban development project will include condos, apartments, hotel, movie-theater, fitness center, grocery store and other retail and dining options. As part of this project, Turner Park’s green space will be expanded to include more than seven acres.
