ProCacheHtaccess::htaccess method

Check if current .htaccess file needs any updates and return them if so

Also maintains an example completed file

Usage

$string = $procache->htaccess->checkHtaccessFile();

Return value

string

Return blank string if no updates needed or return string of data needed for manual update
